9-21-11 The Day Before

It’s the day before I turn 61.  The weekend is a trip into the mountains, a visit to the foundry, trout fishing, rustic cooking, hiking, and moments of peace.

Mug inventory prior to firing bisque.  4 in ht average, carved, spiraling flutes, pulled handles.  Next week continued mugs, bowls, and teapots. Current count for November show:  just under 75 pieces.
